Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinic Coordinator / Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting Clients and Managing Bookings: Handle client check-ins, manage bookings and rebookings, and answer client inquiries.
- Customer Service and Client Follow-Up: Make follow-up calls to gather feedback, ensure customer satisfaction, and relay important information to the business owner and the team.
- Managing Stock and Supplies: Maintain stock levels, order supplies from wholesalers, and ensure everything is well-organized.
- Administrative Coordination: Handle payments, and assist with updating clinic procedures and processes.
- Supporting Marketing and Content Creation: Assist with digital and traditional marketing efforts, including creating content for social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Event and Training Support: Help organize and support training sessions and clinic events as needed.
Position Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Customer Service Experience: Strong customer service skills and experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Social Media Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, clinic management software, and social media platforms.
- Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing strategies and content creation.
- Health and Wellness Focused: Preferably hold a certificate or have experience in a health-related field such as massage therapy, beauty therapy, personal training, nursing, or any other industry involving knowledge of human anatomy and pathology.
- Sports Knowledge (Preferred): Experience or interest in sports and sports injuries. Active participation in sports like footy, Oztag, martial arts, or similar activities is highly valued.
- Positive and Active Personality: A team player who is supportive, proactive, and willing to learn.
Working Hours & Benefits:
This position is offered on a part-time or casual basis, with flexible working hours to suit your availability. We operate 7 days a week, so shifts can vary depending on clinic needs.
