Western Herbal Practitioner, Iridologist & Pilates Teacher | Rachel brings a lifelong fascination with plants, nature and natural health to every consultation at Massage Land. With a genuine passion for helping people reconnect with their wellbeing, she creates a warm, welcoming space for clients to explore what true health means for them.
Rachel holds a degree in Western Herbal Medicine (2025) and a Bachelor of Science in Botany (2006), along with additional training in Iridology and Flower Essences. She is also a qualified Pilates instructor, bringing a holistic, whole-body perspective to her practice.
Her consultations are thorough and personalised, including a full health history, physical examination, nail and tongue analysis, and time spent identifying each client’s unique treatment goals. From there, Rachel develops a tailored plan combining herbal remedies, nutritional advice and lifestyle changes to support lasting change.
Rachel has a special interest in men’s health, mental health, and nervous system conditions including ADHD, along with weight loss, energy and metabolic health. She has seen particularly strong results supporting clients with sleep issues, anxiety and depression, low energy in older clients, and hormonal and mental health challenges in teenagers.
Outside the clinic, Rachel leads an active lifestyle, enjoys regular walks and workouts, teaches Pilates, and tends to her own large medicinal herb and vegetable garden. She has a keen interest in folk herbal medicine and loves teaching others how to make their own herbal remedies.
