At Massage Land, our team of qualified, professional therapists understand the human body, muscles, and movement. We don’t just offer massages; we deliver targeted treatments based on your personal goals—whether that’s managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply taking time to relax.
We’re located in Centrepoint Tamworth, near JB Hi-Fi and Rebel at 374 Peel Street.
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by either our friendly reception team or one of our therapists. If you arrive early, feel free to enjoy a cup of tea and settle in before your appointment.
Tip: We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to relax and make the most of your session.
Before your appointment, you’ll receive an online intake form via email and text. Please take a moment to fill it out—it helps us understand your:
Medical history
Injuries or concerns
Massage goals
Need help completing it? No worries! Just contact us, and we’ll assist you.
Once your therapist invites you into the treatment room, they’ll go over:
What you shared in your intake form
Your medical conditions or injuries
Your treatment goals for today
Your session may focus on:

Musculoskeletal conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, or frozen shoulder, etc…
Post-surgery recovery like knee replacement, spinal fusion, or other operations
Or simply relaxation with essential oils or hot stones
We’ll customise your treatment to meet your needs, using professional techniques to target pain, promote healing, or help you unwind.
You’ll always be covered with towels for privacy and comfort.
Your therapist will check in on pressure and comfort throughout.
For treatment-focused massages, we may perform assessments to find the root cause of your pain and track your progress.
For relaxation sessions, we’ll help you drift into a state of calm with essential oils, hot stones, and soothing techniques.
After your session, you might feel:
Relaxed and recharged
Slightly sore (especially after deep tissue or remedial)

We recommend:
Drinking enough water
Taking it easy for the rest of the day

Because we reserve your therapist’s time just for you, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
